The process

From inquiry to move-in, here is how it works.

Step one
You fill out the inquiry form.

Tell me a little about yourself — what you do, your schedule, why you're looking for a place, and when you'd like to move in. There's no application fee and no commitment at this stage.

Step two
We have a quick conversation.

I respond to every inquiry personally. If you seem like a good fit, I'll reach out within 24 hours to answer your questions and learn more. This is a two-way screen — I want to make sure it's right for you too.

Step three
You see the room in person.

If we both feel good about it, you'll come see the room and the house. No pressure. You'll meet the space, understand the vibe, and ask anything you need to know before committing.

Step four
Sign and secure your room.

Once we agree it's a fit, you sign a simple month-to-month sublease, pay first month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month, and your room is yours.

All rooms are furnished. All prices include utilities, WiFi, laundry, and cleaning. Month-to-month lease. Pricing ranges from $975–$1,350/month depending on the room and current demand.

Day of inquiry
You submit the form.

Fill out the short inquiry form on the Book a Room page. I read every one personally and respond within 24 hours if there's a potential fit.

Within 24–48 hours
We connect.

I'll reach out by email or text. We'll have a quick conversation — either in writing or a short call — to see if it makes sense to meet.

Within the week
You visit the house.

Come see the room in person. Ask everything. I'll show you the common areas, explain the house systems, and answer any questions you have.

When you're ready
You sign and pay.

A simple month-to-month sublease. First month's rent plus security deposit equal to one month. Digital signing available.

Move-in day
Keys, walkthrough, done.

I'll walk you through the house, show you where everything is, explain the systems, and make sure you feel settled. Then the house is yours to live in.
