If we both feel good about it, you'll come by, meet me, and get a feel for how the house actually lives. No pressure — it's your chance to understand the vibe and ask anything you need to know before committing. If you're out of state or can't make it in person, I'll walk you through on a video call instead.
Once we agree it's a fit, you sign a simple month-to-month sublease, pay first month's rent and a security deposit equal to half a month's rent, and your room is yours.
